About Me

My name is Krish Eswaran. After 15 years at Google, I have left to explore some ideas that I find meaningful.

Prior to that, I was a senior staff software engineer in Google Research and led multiple teams focused on applying artificial intelligence to solve real-world problems, some of which have been published in the Nature family and health-focused journals (e.g. The Lancet family and New England Journal of Medicine AI). Here is a recent talk about our group’s work in multimodal medical AI and how these systems translate into clinical practice.

Now, as Co-Founder of Meshwell (meshwell.ai), I’m applying AI to make admissions and evaluation more fair, structured, and data-driven. I continue to mentor engineers, teach improv-based leadership workshops, and offer 1:1 leadership coaching and mentorship for startup founders and leaders in established companies: helping them navigate technical decision-making, organizational dynamics, and high-stakes execution with more clarity and confidence.

Let’s connect if you’re interested in rethinking how we build human judgment, leadership, learning, and connection.
